BIO

Maria Cobian graduated as a Registered Massage Therapist from LaSalle College in Montreal. She has since worked for the multidisciplinary Kinatex team and JSMT Sport. She is passionate about assisting clients as they work towards their goals in health and well-being. Maria adjusts her treatments to the needs of the individual, and integrates many techniques in her therapeutic treatment, which can include but are not limited to: myofascial release, deep tissue work, active and passive stretching, and the fundamentals of Swedish massage therapy.

Relaxation techniques are used where possible within her treatments in order for clients to release tension and stress as much as possible.

In her spare time, Maria enjoys hiking, singing, and volunteering. Her love for her community informs everything she does.

Maria is a member of the Association des Massothérapeutes du Québec (AMQ).
