BIO

Before becoming an osteopath, Benoit studied pharmacology and worked as a first responder in Lyon, France.

Benoit obtained his Osteopath degree from L’Institut d’Ostéopathie de Lyon and has been licensed to practice osteopathy in Québec since 2011.

He is fully trained in cranial-sacral work, fasciatherapy, and visceral and skeletal mobilisation techniques. He is also trained in paediatrics and medical emergencies.

More recently, Benoit’s love of rugby and hockey led him to develop an expertise in treating sports injuries. He has also completed post graduate certification in the treatment of sports-related concussions.

In addition to sports-related injuries, Benoit treats a wide range of acute and chronic conditions in his practice, always aiming to help you get back on your feet as soon as possible.
