Check out our Reformer Pilates classes, offered for all levels, all bodies, and all ages. All classes are led by a certified Pilates instructor and, unless otherwise noted, are offered in a bilingual format, as needed.

FUNDAMENTAL REFORMER

Build Your Pilates Foundation

This 6-week progressive Reformer program is designed to help you develop confidence, strength, and consistency. Starting at a true beginner level, you’ll progress week by week together with the same group. This course supports consistency, commitment, and steady progress, helping you develop a sustainable Pilates practice.

The program is offered as a bundled package at a preferred rate.

REFORMER 1: GENTLE

Join us for a gentle but empowering Pilates experience.

Our Gentle Reformer class builds strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Our certified instructors will guide you through a series of low-impact but challenging exercises that promote proper alignment, improve posture and mobility, and increase strength. Perfect for those who want to start slowly, are recovering from injury, or are managing chronic pain.

REFORMER 1.5: FULL BODY

Get the full-body workout right for you.

Designed to offer a comprehensive, full-body workout suitable for everyone, this class incorporates a mix of foundational exercises and more advanced variations, ensuring that every participant can work at their own pace. Whether you're looking to improve your balance, tone your muscles, or recover from an injury, this class is for you.

REFORMER 1.5: MATFORMER

Prime your body before you power up.

This Mat & Reformer combo class starts with 15 minutes of focused mat work to activate your core, improve alignment, and prepare your body to move well. We then take that awareness onto the reformer for a strong, full-body workout that builds strength, control, and endurance. Expect to feel supported, challenged, and connected throughout.

REFORMER 1.5: TOWER DUO

Reach new heights with this classic Pilates combo.

Experience the best of both worlds. This dynamic session blends the resistance-based flow of the Reformer with the versatility of the Tower, creating a full-body workout that enhances strength, flexibility, and control.

REFORMER 1.5: TOWER FLOW

Discover a new dimension of Pilates movement.

Our Tower Flow class combines spring-based resistance with guided, precision-focused movement to create a challenging yet supportive full-body workout. Using the vertical Tower frame, you’ll improve core stability, mobility, posture, and overall body awareness through controlled, flowing sequences inspired by classical Pilates. A sculpting and strengthening experience suitable for all levels.

REFORMER 2: FULL BODY

Level up you Pilates practice.

This dynamic class is designed for those with prior Reformer experience who are ready to take their Pilates practice to the next level. Expect a variety of full-body sequences that deepen core connection, enhance stability, and improve mobility. It is not suitable for beginners: participants should be familiar with basic Reformer exercises and comfortable with moderate resistance.

REFORMER 2: STRENGTH

Build strength with precision

Designed for moderately experienced Reformer clients, this dynamic class incorporates dumbbells and resistance bands to challenge the full body in new and progressive ways. Expect layered sequences that build muscular strength, deepen core engagement, and improve overall stability and mobility. This is a more athletic, strength-focused approach to Pilates while maintaining precision and control. It is not suitable for beginners: participants should be familiar with basic Reformer exercises and comfortable with moderate resistance.

REFORMER 3: POWER

Get ready to elevate your workout.

This session combines the core-strengthening and flexibility-boosting benefits of traditional Pilates with the added challenge of a jumpboard. Our certified instructors will help you safely add cardio and proprioception training to your workout, all while protecting your joints with a low-impact approach. Whether you're looking to increase strength, tone key muscle groups, or boost agility, this is the class for you.

ESSENTIAL REFORMER

Ease into the Reformer Pilates experience.

Taken directly from the STOTT Pilates Essential Repertoire, this course will focus on alignment, balance and breath in an essential-level full-body workout that will also gently strengthen and tone.

BEGINNER REFORMER

Ease into the Reformer Pilates experience.

New to Pilates? This is the class for you! With a focus on alignment, balance and breath, and taught by a certified STOTT instructor, this class will familiarize you with the Reformer, as well with a few essential Pilates exercises to help build a solid base for your Pilates journey.

REFORMER & BARRE DUO

Kick your Pilates workout into high gear.

This dynamic class combines the precision of Reformer Pilates with the grace and energy of Barre. Perfect for those looking to strengthen, sculpt, and tone, this full body workout targets the core, legs, arms, and glutes.

JUMP & STRETCH REFORMER

Combine the best of both worlds in this unique Pilates class.

Using the Reformer with a jumpboard attachment, you'll begin with dynamic but low-impact movements that engage your entire body before transitioning into deep stretching and flexibility exercises to release tension, improve range of motion, and promote muscle recovery. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, our certified instructors will provide personalized guidance to help you maximize your workout and maintain proper form.

MAT: CORE & MOBILITY

MAT PILATES

Experience the foundation of Pilates.

This Mat workout focuses on building core strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body awareness. Expect a full-body workout that targets the abs, back, arms, legs, and glutes, all while promoting balance, stability, and a sense of calm. Offered exclusively in French.
